Shift:Part time and Full-time, Seasonal Position. 9am-6pm, Tue-Sat
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
SUMMARY:
To take the lead in managing and maintaining reservations for our restaurants and assisting all food and beverage outlets. Responsible for answering all Restaurant calls whether they be for making reservations or just inquiries. Book reservations for guests by finding out how many guests will be coming, the time they would like to come, date, dietary needs, special requests, and answer all other inquires. Must exhibit remarkable personal skills with guests and employees. Oversee and direct all aspects of reservations systems. Assist in any Food and Beverage day to day operations when needed.
Duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Exhibit job and product knowledge to accurately support and promote all Sundance departments, amenities, and programming ventures.
To ensure a high level of service for all dining guests.
Act as the liaison for all Sundance activities. Inform all guests and associates on daily events.
Assist all Food and Beverage outlets in maintaining menus, micros, and online information for the restaurant outlets.
Assist in maximizing our restaurant space by managing the reservation book.
To oversee and assist in the set-up, confirmation and organization of restaurant reservations.
Exhibits job and product knowledge sufficient to provide guests with accurate information in all aspects of food, service, and resort information.
Exhibits self-confidence to the degree necessary to handle a variety of situations in a positive and professional manner.
Exhibits a positive attitude when speaking about guests, fellow employees and management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Expected work week will be approx. 32-40 hours per week. The typical schedule would be Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Hours and shifts and may increase, decrease or vary due to seasonal highs or lows or due to unusual and /or unforeseen circumstances, illnesses, vacations, etc . . . .
Work on weekends and Holidays are to be expected as part of management.

All aspects of the Personal Appearance policy (SPL#50) must be in compliance.
Operational managers are required to wear nametags at all times while on duty.
Clothing must be unwrinkled and clean, and in good condition (no rips, tears, or frays regardless of whether accidental or fashionably placed).
Blue jeans are permitted.
Men’s shirts must be tucked in.
Appropriate skirt length is from the knee to the ankle.
A tailored fit is required of all clothing.
Tank tops, halter tops tube tops, and spaghetti straps are prohibited.
Sleeveless shirts are permitted for females.
Bare midriffs are prohibited.
Proper footwear for your department is required.
Dress sandals are permitted for females.
Flip flops are prohibited in all areas.
Tennis shoes are prohibited unless there is a business need (ie: Mtn. Ops.)
If your department allows t-shirts, they must be in good condition and have appropriate Sundance logos.
If your department allows baseball caps, they must be in good condition and have appropriate Sundance logos.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
TECHNICAL/COMPUTER SKILLS

Current Food Handlers Permit
Current alcohol permit
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
