| If you love to sell to businesses, want your sales to genuinely improve your clients' business lives, and are looking for a way to build your own business within a larger framework, we have your career! Outside, independent, business-to-business sales of Human Resources assessment tools and systems. Working from our base of qualified referral leads and developing your own base of referrals, you will set your own appointment schedule. Using a proven format of discovery followed by prescription of solutions, you will enjoy a high rate of closings (our best people experience a rate as high as 85%), and our support systems will help you insure that your clients succeed with our tools (and reorder them!) We provide "drip marketing" support, training, sales materials, and a deep base of expertise in the field. Your independence and self-discipline will be critical to your success. |
Duties: |
| Prospecting, selling, client support and upselling. Minimal reporting, participate in occasional training. |
Qualifications: |
| Job Requirements include: • Successful Sales experience • Good Computer Skills • Great communications skills • High degree of Persistence, Independence, Sales Drive • High Integrity • A desire to concentrate on selling, not filling out reports or doing administrative work. You will need good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel and Powerpoint, a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection, phone, cell phone and fax capability. A functional home office is sufficient, as most of your sales will occur at the prospect's location. Your independence and self-discipline will be critical to your success. |
