| An opportunity to work close with all areas of the operation of the property. The Front Desk Manager ensures that the guest service associates are well trained and coordinated to ensure all guests enjoy their stay. With our standards of excellence, guests will check in as family and friends and not strangers to a new property. Duties: |
| Will report to the Guest Services Manager and will oversee all front desk employees. Possess an eye for detail and interact with staff and guests. |
Qualifications: |
| Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, no prior experience necessary, some positions require driving (motor vehicle policy must be met), must be able to multi task and keep things in order, must be willing to achieve the overall service goals of the property through training, practice, and coaching. Must be willing to be social and outgoing and go the extra mile for guests. |
