Duties: |
| Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests. Assists in documenting, scheduling, maintaining guest concierge requests. Assist in inspecting owner/guest units. Answers inquiries pertaining to services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Computes bills, collects payments, and makes adjustments for guests and owners. Completes shift check list as assigned. Assists in the delivery of firewood to guests/ owners units. Post charges for incidentals incurred throughout stay. Assist supervisor and managers for day to day activities. |
Qualifications: |
English as a first language.
Previous Front Desk experience required. |
