Duties: |
| Work with director of maintenance to maintain buildings and condos, building mechanical systems, spas, etc. Provide maintenance diagnostics and solutions for condominiums. Painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings. Ground maintenance activities, such as trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse. General cleaning and up keep of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows. Moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies. Enforces safety regulations. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment. Resolve work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate others to achieve work goals. Maintains time and production records. Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual department. Will also be responsible for spa cleaning and maintenance. Will be working outside, snow removal will be required. |
Qualifications: |
| All pre-employment requirements must be met including background and motor vehicle report checks. Valid driver's license required and must meet and maintain the company's driver qualifications and standards. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. |
