| The Deer Valley Club is a thirty Town Home private Residence Club, which offers and maintains a high level of Member/Guest Service to give the Deer Valley Club members and guest’s first class service and attention. |
Duties: |
| A qualified candidate will handle all questions and requests in a timely manner and follow up when needed. Must have prior customer service, computer, and cash handling experience. The ideal Front Desk Associate will also obtain the ability to problem solve and communicate with Members/Guests and other employees at a professional level. They must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Will be responsible for guest check in and out, answering and transferring phone calls, concierge duties and occasional bell duties. |
Qualifications: |
| English must be a first language. Prior guest services, computer, and accounting experience required. |
