Duties: |
Assist guests and owners, workd with all departments within property, provide support to staff, check guests in/out, address guest issue or concerns. Assist the Director of Guest Services by providing training of staff, organization of front desk staff.
Possess positive attitude, motivations and leadership skills. |
Qualifications: |
Must be computer literate. Knowledge of SMS helpful. Ability to multi-task.
Must be flexible with schedule and be able to work both day and night shifts. |
