Duties: |
This HR Professional position will perform a wide range of human resource functions in a professional manner; including benefits administration; manage workers compensation programs; safety programs, wellness programs, track paid time off accurals.
Must have a positive attitude, the ability to accept direction from management on work-related tasks, projects, etc., has a professional behavior, has a proactive approach in addressing business related issues, has a team oriented approach, has good organizational skills, will present and reflect a helpful customer service attitude, provides service to all internal and external customers in a professional manner, is dependable, thorough, a self-starter, pro-active, works in partnership with department manager and focuses on job responsibilities that are assigned including tasks and projects within the timeframes determined.

Qualifications: |
At least 1 year of working administrative experience in a professional office environment. HR knowledge a plus.
Is able to effectively use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Types at least 40 wpm |
