Duties: |
| Work with director of maintenance to maintain buildings and condos, building mechanical systems, spas, etc. Provide maintenance diagnostics and solutions for condominiums, town homes.
Use of power tools and hand tools, some electrical knowledge, spa maintenance and plumbing knowledge and be able to learn and assimilate information quickly.
Painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
Ground maintenance activities, such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.
General cleaning and up keep of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows.
Moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
Enforces safety regulations.
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment.
Resolve work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
Initiates or suggests plans to motivate others to achieve work goals.
Maintains time and production records.
Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual department.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a daily basis.

Qualifications: |
| Proficient in hvac, spa, general maintenance, and building mechanical systems a plus. Professional in appearance and communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and be able to work alone. All pre-employment requirements must be met including background and motor vehicle report checks. Valid driver's license required and must meet and maintain the company's driver qualifications and standards. |
